What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

All of our orders are shipped at a flat cost of £4.50 and wherever possible we use DPD 24 hour as a delivery method. Once your order is in the hands of DPD you will receive email and sms (if a mobile phone number is provided) updates about the delivery status of your order.

Please be aware that we’re only able to ship to UK addresses.

What is your Returns Policy?

Organic Climbing UK offer a 30 day return policy for all unused items (we will extend this over the Christmas period ...just keep hold of the tags and return any unwanted Christmas gifts if the first half of January!) If the item shows signs of use, or if it came complete with packaging and this has been damaged we cannot accept it as a return. We may be able to organise a partial refund for lightly used items if you get in contact with us beforehand. If you’d like to return an item then just drop our team an email at info@organicclimbing.co.uk and we can send a returns label.

If, after placing an order, you decide you no longer want the item, we will cancel your order at your request. You will not be charged for this.
